 Love is in the AIR! don’t you feel it? February seems to remind people about love! Romantic love is the focus, but loving yourself must come first before you can love another so fall in love with yourself. What do you love about yourself? How do you love yourself daily? We often neglect ourselves for the sake of others yet this should be the time we are loving ourselves as much as we love others. Take time to reflect on how you can love yourself more and fall in love with YOU!!!

I have relocated (AGAIN!) I am now in paradise, my dream, Key West Florida. I have been transitioning and have been busy, busy, which is why this months newsletter is short and quick! By next month i will be settled and have lots to say so please enjoy and stay tuned!!

Directly affects :  Mental body

 

Core functions :  Transforming energy into matter, matter into energy, ideas into reality, finding purpose, self esteem, self identity, relationship with people .

 

Challenges when solar plexus chakra is not open or in balance : 

 

Basically there are two types of chakra imbalances :

 

1. Spins fast, in excess, congestion, no harmony

 

Aggressive, dictatorship, lots of fire energy, projecting superiority, overpowering, forceful, intrusive, quarrelsome, threatening, pushy, intense, goal-oriented, hard ball, power-loving, ambitious, rebellious, viciously competitive, ruthless, go-getter, hyped up, consistently active, chaotic, burnt out, exhausted, disconnected, angry, workaholic, fussy, lack of tolerance, fears intimacy.

 

2. Spins slow, deficiency, depletion, no harmony :

 

Weak intentions, fragile determination, negative internal dialogues, lack of confidence, inferiority complex, loss of self worth, shrinking courage, feeling inner void, weak inner strength, negative self image, disconnected from gut, loneliness, energy vampire, insecure, phobic.

 

Physical symptoms of solar plexus chakra imbalance :

 

Ulcers, diabetes, anorexia, bulimia, indigestion, insomnia, panic attacks, confusion, fatigue, Stress.

 

When the solar plexus chakra is balanced :

 

Healthy relationships, success in business and material world, vitality, self confidence, spontaneous, celebrates life.

Healing crystal of the month

Rhodochrosite

Properties: Gentle and yet probably the most vibrant loving stone to heal the Heart Chakra, especially for giving/receiving love. Rhodochrosite is the “Stone of Love and Balance”. Also for loneliness, loss, heartache, fear, insecurities, inner-child issues, abuse and incest. Helps self-forgiveness, deservingness and trust issues, spiritual and self-love, desire to live and purpose. Best worn 24 hrs. a day. Most effective for opening the hand healing Chakra. It is used in times of transition by providing comfort and support. Helps you alleviate irrational fears and paranoia. Will enhance the dream state. Rhodochrosite …has been called a stone of love and balance.. providing balancing and love on all levels for all bodes….contains a pulsating electrical energy which emits the strongest power in the universe…the power of love. The energy of Rhodochrosite is encompassed by the presence of heavenly bodies filled with the golden sphere of light; it assists in creating new worlds for the user-worlds filled with love and dreams.  Using the stone during the meditative state, one may melt into the sphere of golden ecstasy; and encounter with ones twin soul is highly likely,, when the energy is directed…. quite useful for laying on of stone for those born under the signs of Virgo, Capricorn and Taurus.

Folk Remedies: This crystal is recommended for the Solar plexus, stomach (anxiety and emotional issues), food addictions, anorexia, asthma, eyesight (especially emotional not-seeing, to avoid pain) and thymus. Specifically used to detox/heal blood, liver, cancer. Works in the bathtub to de-stress the body. A very beneficial stone for those with asthma or other respiratory illnesses. Helps you filter out the irritants that trigger respiratory difficulty. Also purifies the circulatory system and the cleansing organs, especially the kidneys. Suggested to be used in conjunction with Malachite or Copper. Rhodochrosite is used for clearing and balancing.

Feng Shui: Rhodochrosite is used in the Southwest direction for love, relationships and partners and any area where there needs to be a shift or transition.

History: Electromagnetic, Rhodochrosite (MnCO3) is a fairly recent discovery in the mineral kingdom it was discovered in Argentina just before World War II. Also found in rare shades of orange and pink. Has stripes of various width in shades of white. Most come from the US or USSR. Because remnants of this stone were also discovered during the time of the Incas, it is sometimes called “Inca Rose”. Today, Rhodochrosite is used as an industrial mineral in the production of alloy steel and for floor and wall tiles.
